We first met in 2020. At the time, Kaname was already achieving results across multiple legal fields but was seeking to evolve into an organization truly needed by society. In an industry where 93% of law firms are sole proprietorships, they made a bold choice: complete specialization in welfare and a deep commitment to organizational structure.
To reinforce this direction, we conducted two rounds of workshops and interviews, aiming to build conviction among all members about focusing on welfare and working as a team.
What emerged was a strong desire not to rely solely on individual expertise, but to support welfare sites as a unified team.
Based on the mission “Making welfare workplaces more supportive and accessible,” we crafted MVV statements and communication keywords—words that speak for the team.

我們在2020年初次合作。當時、KANAME已在多個法律領域取得實績、但正思索如何轉型為更被社會所需的組織。在93%律師事務所為個人事務所的現實中、KANAME選擇了全面專注於福祉領域、並推進徹底的組織化。
為了讓全體成員堅定以福祉為專業、以團隊合作為價值的方向、我們舉辦了兩次工作坊與訪談。
結果浮現的是:大家不再依賴個人專業、而是希望以團隊之力支援福祉現場的強烈信念。
以「讓福祉職場成為理所當然的好工作環境」為使命、創造出作為「團隊用語」的MVV與溝通詞彙。

接住一個人的心意、然後、為社會打開。

The finalized communication keyword was: “Stop. And then, open.”It expresses their attitude of accepting the worries and uncertainties faced in welfare settings and opening a path to reassurance.Through tools such as the CI, website, and business cards, this phrase became a true representation of the brand.
Because the representative and team members were directly involved in its creation, the words became deeply rooted within the organization.Articulating the philosophy has also had a positive impact on recruitment and retention, laying the foundation for the next stage: establishing a new company.

完成的溝通詞彙為:「接住一個人的心意、然後、為社會打開。」表達了接住福祉現場的煩惱與不安,並為安心開路的姿態。透過CI、網站、名片等工具,這句話作為品牌語言逐漸滲透。由代表與成員親自參與製作、使其自然融入組織文化。理念的語言化也影響了招募與留任、成為邁向新公司設立的基礎。這是一句照亮かなめ特色的話語。
