From a company that protects infrastructure,to the next vision it sets its sights on.

守護基礎建設的公司、邁向下一個目標。

Tohoku Land Surveying Co., Ltd. has long contributed to the stable supply of electricity by conducting inspections and vegetation clearance for transmission line facilities.While playing a critical role in protecting essential infrastructure, the current president, after taking office, steadily stabilized the business—but was soon faced with a deeper question:“What should we aim for beyond protection?”
Marking its 50th anniversary, the company chose to redefine its mission and vision into future-oriented language, embarking on a rebranding journey to walk forward together with employees and the community.

東北用地測量社長年負責送電線設施的調查與樹木伐除、為穩定電力供應做出貢獻。公司扮演守護社會基礎的關鍵角色。現任社長接任後、雖已逐步實現經營穩定、但也浮現出更深層的提問:「除了守護,我們還能朝什麼前進?」迎來創立50週年之際,公司決定重新定義理念與願景,以能描繪未來的語言重新詮釋、並展開與員工及地方社區共同前行的品牌重塑。

Workplace comfort and team initiative — Fueling a future-facing voice.

讓工作的舒適與行動力、成為訴說未來的力量。

In a two-day workshop involving all employees, the team first identified present-day challenges and then openly discussed visions for the future.What stood out was a shared appreciation for the company’s strong human relationships and mutual support, and the realization that a younger, proactive staff was also one of its key strengths.The combination of a supportive environment and positive energy helped employees enjoy imagining their future together.This insight marked the turning point—from being a company that protects, to a brand that inspires the future.

在為期兩天、全員參與的工作坊中、首先釐清了當前的課題,接著開展對未來的討論。逐漸浮現的是、公司的人際關係與互助文化深受喜愛、再加上擁有許多年輕且具行動力的員工,是難能可貴的強項。正因為有著安心的環境與積極的能量、員工才能樂在其中地談論未來。這份覺察,成為從「守護」邁向「描繪未來」品牌形象的出發點。

“守る力”に、
未来を思い描く 言葉を重ねる

Layering “future vision”on top of “protective strength.”

在「守護的力量」之上、疊加描繪未來的語言。

At the core of the current business lies “the power to protect infrastructure.”
But the company began layering on new visions—ideas born from employees themselves—such as using forests to build training facilities, or creating community spaces with camping, saunas, and live events.
Even if these are outside the scope of transmission line work, the underlying desire to “live in harmony with nature and support local life” remains unchanged.
To share this outlook, we developed the phrases “ENERGY NEXT” and “Environmental Athletes,” and visualized them through three distinct key visuals.
We created separate logo designs for the slogans “ENERGY NEXT” and “Environmental Athletes,” enhancing their public visibility.
By treating them separately from the corporate logo, the company positioned itself not just as vegetation experts, but as an active force in improving living environments—broadening recognition both inside and outside the industry.

當前業務的核心在於「守護基礎建設的力量」。在此基礎上、員工們主動提出未來構想,例如運用山林打造研修設施、或設立露營、三溫暖、音樂會等社區交流空間等多元想法。即使這些不屬於送電相關領域,但「與自然共生、支撐生活」的願望依然如一。為了共享這份未來藍圖、我們制定了「ENERGY NEXT」「環境運動員」等詞彙、並以三種關鍵視覺形象進行具體呈現。
將「NEXT ENERGY」與「環境運動員」的口號進行標誌化,提升對外發信力。
透過與企業標誌區隔使用,不僅展現樹木伐除的專業,也傳遞改善居住環境的角色定位,擴展對外認知。

未来を語り合う風土に

Letting the philosophy live,and building a culture of future conversation.

讓理念真正呼吸、培養能暢談未來的文化。

Through the rebranding and 50th anniversary events,the company’s mindset evolved from “a company that protects” to “a company that envisions the future.”A culture of sharing and discussing the philosophy took root among individual employees, and leadership began openly speaking about how to shape the future.The mission and vision are now being translated into concrete actions, and with “protective strength” as a foundation, the joy of imagining the future is growing—spreading new energy throughout the local community.
At the 50th anniversary event, staff wore T-shirts featuring the slogan logo, and the venue was decorated with tarps, engraved glasses, and chairs.The setup reflected the company’s unique identity under the blue sky, and the commemorative gifts were well received by attendees.
Longtime clients and partners gathered, sharing old memories at a photo booth that celebrated the company’s history.
It also served as a stage for unveiling the new vision and slogans—a space to express gratitude for the past and excitement for the challenges to come.

透過品牌重塑與50週年活動、公司意識逐步從「守護的公司」轉向「描繪未來的公司」。員工之間開始交流理念、幹部層也出現「如何描繪未來」的對話。理念與願景逐漸轉化為實際行動、在「守護的力量」之上、堆疊起對未來的想像與樂趣、並向地方社區注入新的能量。
50週年活動上、工作人員穿著印有標語的T恤、現場也布置了天幕、刻有標誌的玻璃杯與椅子、用東北用地測量社特有的風格、點綴了藍天下的會場。來訪賓客對活動紀念品也給予高度好評。
長年合作的客戶與關係人齊聚一堂、在回顧歷史的攝影區談笑風生。活動中也展示了新願景與口號、成為表達對過往感謝與迎向未來挑戰的重要時刻。
