This was the vision behind the rebranding of BLUE WORKS, a firm active in tax, accounting, and consulting. Their diverse service offerings made it difficult for their true value to be seen. We redefined the meaning of each organization and service, anchoring everything around the brand’s core identity: a coach for challengers. From the organization chart to the MVV and vision map, we rebuilt the foundation. The compass-inspired logo symbolizes a direction to move toward. By aligning words and visuals, a shared sense of pride and understanding began to take root across the company.

BLUE WORKS 活躍於稅務、會計與顧問等多元領域,這次的品牌重塑始於一個挑戰——如何讓這些多樣的價值被看見。我們重新定義了各組織與服務的角色,並以品牌核心語彙「挑戰者的教練」為軸心,構築組織架構、MVV、願景地圖。以羅針盤為靈感的標誌,象徵著邁向未來的方向。語言與視覺的結合,使內部產生了共同的理解與自信。

BLUE WORKS 真正的成果、存在於「客戶閃耀的那一刻」。

What is the actual value BLUE WORKS provides?To answer that question, we produced a series of three short films.Rather than focusing on promoting the company itself, the challenge was to convey its essence through the success stories of its clients.Employees don’t appear—only long-time customers with deep bonds, captured in a documentary style.
Through the scenes of their daily lives and the words they speak,BLUE WORKS’ commitment to walk alongside its clients becomes vividly clear.

BLUE WORKS 的價值究竟是什麼?為了具體呈現這個答案,我們製作了三支影片。與其講述自身的優勢,我們選擇描繪客戶活躍的樣貌,讓「BLUE WORKS 的樣子」自然浮現。影片中沒有員工出鏡,而是長期信任的客戶,以紀錄片方式訴說真實。
從他們的話語與日常畫面中,我們得以窺見 BLUE WORKS 伴走的姿態。

From spring barbecues to year-end gatherings, BLUE WORKS hosts events at its own expense, inviting not only clients but also their families and friends.Even in the often impersonal world of tax work, their unique style of putting relationships first brings warmth and color to everything they do.These everyday experiences are what truly shape the BLUE WORKS spirit.
We ourselves were reminded that language and design only gain depth when grounded in real-life stories.

春季的烤肉聚會、歲末的忘年會——BLUE WORKS 自費舉辦活動、邀請客戶、員工的親友共襄盛舉。
即使是稅務這樣偏理性的領域、他們也以人為本、賦予工作溫度。這些日常點滴、構築出所謂的「BLUE WORKS 風格」。我們也深刻體會到、唯有來自真實經驗的語言與設計、才有厚度。

A new logo, a vision map, and a website—With everything in place, people began to say:"I’m excited about our company again."This reaffirmed what we believe:Design isn't just about how things look—it’s a trigger that brings forward what’s inside.Today, BLUE WORKS is working on original merchandise to bring their brand even closer to daily life.We hope that through this, a deeper sense of pride and affection continues to grow.

標誌、願景地圖、網站一一就緒後、公司內部傳來了這樣的聲音:「重新對我們的公司感到興奮了。」
這再次印證我們的信念:設計的力量、不僅是視覺表象、而是一種喚醒內心情感的契機。
